Terror struck at a local Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness school Wednesday, as gym spaz Terry Harrison scanned the room looking for a partner during live rolling. Harrison was said to be interested in just getting some light work, nothing too serious, because he was really tired after a long day at the office. The grappler was definitely not looking to do anything too strenuous or push too hard.

“Hey, buddy,” Harrison said to Blue Belt Karl Williams, “you looking for a partner? Want to get some flows in?”

Williams declined, citing a sudden onset of severe cramp. Harrison’s flow rolling rampage lasted for all three rounds of the class’s live rolling, yielding two bloody noses, a dislocated finger and one hyperextended knee. Harrison was last seen telling a new student that with a little time they’ll learn how to listen to their body and know when it was time to take a slow day and really focus on technique to let it recover. He is believed to be unarmed, and considered incredibly dangerous both in and out of the gi.
